Product Availability The most frequently asked question is "How soon will I receive my straps?" This is dependant on both product availability as well as the shipment method selected. Orders are normally in-house and processed within 3 business days of your order placement. Depending on the location of our product and the time of your order, some orders are actually processed within a few hours of the order. As we are an actual small manufacturer, we do not drop ship product from a supplier. EVERY item goes through a quality assurance in house before it is shipped to you. Please check the availability listed on each item.

In the event of a back-order a representative of Strap Teaze will contact you to notify you of the length of time required to deliver the item to you.

Shipment method is selected by you. UPS ground typically delivers inside the continental US in 2-5 days. Other shipping options are available at checkout to speed-up delivery. Please note the shipment time is in addition to the time required to process the order.

If your Straptinis arrives damaged, we the manufacturer will repair or replace your Straptini.

Parameters of the Satisfacation Guarantee
- The guarantee does not cover Straptinis that have been ordered in the incorrect size or for an individual who's size that may have changed between the time of the purchase and the actual physical receipt of the piece.
- You must have not worn the purchase.

Returns & Exchanges We hope your purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer an exchange or repair, you may return your item within 5 days of its shipment. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange. In addition, custom straps are non-returnable. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation. Please be aware that non-defective merchandise exchange may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Procedure

Strap Teaze merchandise is very valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipment. To return a jewelry item to Strap Teaze, follow the checklist below:

2. Secure your straps inside the original bag. Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping. Don't forget to include your packing slip.

3. Place them all inside a small cardboard shipping box.

4. Write your Return Authorization Code on the box next to the shipping address.

6. Ship the item by registered U.S. mail, fully insured for the value of the item. Please request a return receipt for your records.
